The Smart Collar™ was developed and tested in consultation with Dr Roger Mugford of the Animal Behaviour Centre, who recommends this kind and practical solution to avoid self mutilation in dogs and cats. |
The smart collar is a more humane Elizabethan collar than the standard ones. The Smart Collar is transparent so allows the animal to see through it and not get disorientated. The Smart collar has padding on both ends to avoid damage to furniture and more comfort for the animal. It is wider allowing a wider field of vision and faster to out on. It can quickly be placed on the pet and fastened avoiding distress to uncooperative animals.
